What we collect
Account details such as name, email and mobile number; workspace content you upload; conversation records from connected channels; and technical data such as IP address and device information needed for security.
How we use it
To operate your workspace, deliver messages, process orders and payments, detect abuse, and provide support. We do not sell personal data.
Customer data you process
For the end customers you message, you are the controller and we act as processor on your instructions. You are responsible for obtaining the consents your channels require.
Security
Sensitive fields such as authentication secrets and provider credentials are encrypted at rest. Sessions use short-lived tokens with rotation and theft detection. Access is logged in a tamper-evident audit trail.
Retention
We retain workspace content while your account is active and for a limited period afterwards to meet legal and accounting obligations, then delete or anonymise it.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, export or deletion of your personal data by contacting us from the email address registered to your account.
